SHOCK SENSOR

Prevent mishandling and reduce damage-related costs when potentially damaged packaging and products are exposed during transportation or storage.

The Shock Sensor label is a tamper-evident analog device that turns bright red when a shock is applied.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

Impact detection by logistics segment

Reduce the cost of lost goods

Provide useful evidence

Careful handling of goods

Enhance your company's image

for high-quality delivery

OUR

APPROACH

The monitor on the shock sensor label turns red when the product is subjected to an impact or strong force during loading or transportation when using multiple logistics zones instead of a single logistics zone, and if the monitor turns red, it is a shock detection sensor that can prove that an accident has occurred, depending on whether the product has been impacted or fallen from a height, and can prevent or confirm damage to the product.

Shock sensors can help operators handle goods with more care during transportation and effectively reduce damage rates.

OUR

APPROACH

01. TILTSENSOR PLUS

The Tiltsensor plus is a single-use indicator that provides 360° monitoring and can monitor tipping when a specific tilt angle occurs. It provides 360-degree monitoring, including two indicators to determine the exact tilt angle and tilt of the shipment, as well as an indicator to indicate whether a complete tip-over has occurred. It will not work under normal handling conditions such as aircraft takeoff angles and must be placed vertically near the bottom edge of the container or package. Each package mounted on adjacent sides requires two Tiltsensor plus to monitor all planes.

02. TILTSENSOR

The Tiltsensor tilt indicator detects tilts beyond the allowable amount for products that should not be tilted. When used, this sensor can be used as evidence that a product has been mishandled and ensures that the product can be transported safely. The Tiltsensor tilt indicator turns red when the attached container is tilted more than 80° or completely upside down. It does not work under normal handling conditions or during aircraft takeoff.

03. TIP N TELL

Tip N Tell is a non-resettable warning indicator that can record the tilt of a shipped or packaged package as it tilts from side to side during transportation. It can indicate whether the item has been tilted or turned over in transit or in warehouse inventory. Therefore, buyers can constantly monitor whether the item is stored and packaged as requested, and effectively reduce the risk of damage. It can also warn that the package may be damaged during transportation. It can be attached to the outside of the package and activated by pulling the bar in the center of the device.

03. SHOCK TIMER

If an impact occurs that exceeds a certain size level, the integral timer stops and displays the time when the excessive impact occurred during transportation. (The timer cannot be reset.) This tells you exactly when the incident occurred, measured from the moment the shipment left the storage location. This information can be used to determine where the incident occurred and assign responsibility.
